The Blue Bungalow

Blue Bungalow is a very special place and I would most definitely stay here again. Alex has done such a great job decorating and paying attention to all the details that make this little bungalow feel so much more - and the views (and sunsets) are incredible! <br/>Alex was also extremely helpful before and during our stay - could not be more satisfied.

I cannot say enough wonderful words about our stay at The Blue Bungalow on Harbour Island. From the peaceful morning coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor, to the ease of access to restaurants and shops in town, the house checked every box! <br/>There were plenty of towels (both for beach and for the house), and all of the dishes and kitchen items were brand new and pristine. The home was also beautifully decorated and comfortable. Alex has thought of every detail for her guests!<br/>As a host, Alex was always so responsive and helpful, and even took the time to help me source some glassware to purchase that was similar to the beautiful set she has at the Bungalow. Thank you, Alex!!<br/>We look forward to returning to The Blue Bungalow again in the future!

This was a very well maintained house for 2, I loved the location, it was peaceful, I had wondered if being near the dock would add noise but it didn’t. The paddle board I wasn’t aware that the house came with, so that was an added bonus there were 2 paddle boards but 1 had low air in it. We paddle around and starfish and turtles.the house has a coffee machine we didn’t use because I was worried what water was put in it. Don’t drink the tap water on island I was told, also there’s a nice toaster oven we didn’t cook much at the house because it’s almost just as expensive as the restaurants for two.Over all I would rent this cabin again. However I do think this cute little island has gone down hill since my visit 12 years ago when they had zero cars on the island and only golf carts, sad about that, but the beaches are still beautiful quiet and amazing!! 4 nights was a perfect stay, the house had a wonderful mattress, cold a/c, know that it does have steep stairs going to front door and also steps from bedroom to kitchen bathroom. It had beach towels and plenty of bath towels. The bathroom is a little small. And the window in the bathroom could use a better shade with view of the street. We just put a towel over it. And also have a closet you could hang dresses. Enjoy
