Sunkissed Villa

This home had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The property is exactly as described, and the photos are a perfect representation of the space. We loved the central location, which served as a great base for our adventures. Most importantly, our host was incredibly accommodating—when a winter storm forced us to shift our plans, she went above and beyond to ensure our trip stayed on track and went smoothly.

Tricia’s Airbnb was fantastic. It was our first time in Exuma, and we were so lucky to have Tricia as our host. She was very communicative and helped us with every question we had.<br/>The apartment is very well equipped for the beach. The beds were huge and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely recommend it, and come back next time we’re in the area.

Tricia’s place is a true gem. It has everything you need and more - beach chairs and umbrellas, coffee/coffee pods, beach towels, kitchen equipment, comfy beds, and more. Tricia was a pleasure to communicate with. The hideaways is a nice central place to stay on the island, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to Jolly beach and the fish fry area. Would recommend this stay to anyone vacationing to the Exumas!

Our stay at Tricia’s property was truly perfect for our family of 6. It was a short distance about 15 minutes from the airport. Her home was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a peaceful area just a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Before our arrival, Tricia kept us updated every step of the way, especially since they had just gotten through a hurricane. Her communication and reassurance made us feel safe, informed, and well taken care of, which we appreciated more than she knows.<br/>And we can’t say enough amazing things about Charlene. She was truly heaven-sent. From answering our endless questions, giving us the best local recommendations, helping me find a birthday cake, and even delivering beverages late at night when the grocery store was already closed. She went above and beyond in every way. Her kindness made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend this property a million times over. We will definitely be back

This villa was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. All the little extras made a big difference. We had all the paper products, detergent and trash bags needed for our entire stay. The beds were very comfortable. It really felt like our home away from home for the week. The owner was very responsive and so easy to work with.
