Summit Exuma

Our blended family of 12 (2 parents, 7 adult children, 3 grandchildren) spent 5 wonderful nights at the Summit House for an early Thanksgiving family gathering. We had the best time and the home offered everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies we needed, even a commercial ice maker to keep our drinks cool. There were two electric griddles so making pancakes for the army was easy! We sat 14 comfortably at the table when we had guests one night. The kids spent so much time in the pool, which is gorgeous. We grilled, played games while staying in, and the home was so close to a boat we hired to jump across to the beach clubs at Stocking Island. We highly recommend this beautiful gem in a gorgeous location. Just what we needed to get away from the bustle of life and enjoy family time together in one place. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Host, Steve was very welcoming. Concierge, Nikki was terrific and attended to all of our needs. Amenities were amazing. Pool is fantastic. Proximity to everything is awesome. Great house! Loved it with nine of us – six adults at three kids seven, five and three years old. Will go back as often as possible.

Our stay at Summit Exuma for our honeymoon was absolutely unforgettable! The views from this home are truly breathtaking, and the property itself is stunning, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special, so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. We felt so blessed to spend time in their beautiful home. We highly recommend visiting Jolly Hall Beach, just minutes away and one of the most peaceful, gorgeous beaches on the island. We also loved dining at Peace and Plenty, which had incredible meals and a great atmosphere. Exuma is one of a kind, and staying at Summit Exuma made our trip even more magical. We can’t recommend this vacation rental enough. It’s the perfect place for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, or relaxing escape.

We were 3 families with a group of 17 (ages 10-62). The Summit House was the perfect house for our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone. Not one time did we ever feel “crowded.” The house was also in such a convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, appliances, bowls, dishes to accommodate a large group. We loved that the house also provided, coolers, bags, snorkel gear, etc for our fishing and tour excursions. The outdoor kitchen wasn’t complete yet but they provided a very nice outdoor grill until it is complete which worked out fine for us. The pool area is very nice and the view is GORGEOUS! Plenty of seating for a large group outside by the pool. Since the house is up on the hill, the walk to Jolly Hall Beach is not an “easy” walk in the heat and especially when carrying all the beach gear (that the house provides; chairs, floats, wagon, etc.) But the drive is only about 2 mins down the road. It’s worth it though! It was one of the prettiest and calmest beaches on the island!Lastly, I can’t say enough about Nicky, the house Manager. She was THE BEST!!! She started helping me with details, tips and excursions months before we arrived. She checked on us several times a day to make sure everything was good. Whatever we needed, she was willing to help. We can’t thank Nicky enough for how well she took care of us! Thanks again! EXUMA 2025 owes us nothing!

Oh my gosh!! We had the best of times at Summit Exuma! We've been looking for a place to have a family reunion for 24 people for over a year. The stars aligned and we were able to make it happen. THIS is the place to do it! Plenty of room for all of us. Some just wanted to enjoy the pool, others the beach. We all had a great time and highly recommend Summit Exuma.

We loved our stay at Summitt Exuma! The house and view of the ocean were amazing. My family enjoyed using the pool, overlooking the ocean, playing pool and using the snorkeling gear. The kitchen, filtered water, and ice maker were all a bonus as well. The grand piano was a joy to play too!Nicky was kind enough to introduce us to a great boat tour as well. The trip exceeded our already high standards expectations. We are very much hoping to be back!

What a beautiful island! The home could not have been better appointed from a every detail in the kitchen (blender, coffee grinder, serving dishes, mixing bowls, pots and pans of various sizes and a variety of glasses) to the comfortable beds and linens, spotless bathrooms and extra bath towels, and suggested activities and resources about the island. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again and again. Thank you Summit Exuma for the hospitality and a perfect vacation!

A Perfect Spring Break at Summit Exuma! Summit Exuma was the perfect home for our Spring Break 2025! It easily accommodated our group of four families (18 people total) with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The brand-new pool and hot tub were a fantastic addition, and the breathtaking views from the home made our stay even more special. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a few great restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Summit Exuma to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Exuma.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The pool was amazing, and the one-of-a-kind deck made for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. My family and I had a fantastic BBQ night, and it was such a special experience. The house was out of this world—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the baby grand piano—we loved playing and listening to music in such a stunning setting. The beach was like no other—absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? We had it all to ourselves every single day! Plus, parking was so quick, easy, and pleasant—less than 2 minutes from the house to the sand. It truly felt like a hidden paradise. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Me and my chilean family (10) had being planning this holiday for a whole year and 5 days before leaving, the host of the house we had already reserved and paid (Calypso House at Farmer´s Hill) cancelled our reservation whithout any reason. Desperate I contacted Jill and Steve. What a nice couple to work with!. They were just what I was looking for, quick answer and super kind. The house is in the best location: in the center for north and south beaches and walking distance to Jolly Hall, one of our favorites. It has 3 floors. First one with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a living room and something like a mini kitchen. Second floor, where we spent all the time, just 1 HUGE bedroom with a HUGE bathroom and walking closet, with a wonderful view. Besides the room there is a large living room and dining room for at least 12 people. Also a super kitchen, with 2 ovens and everything you might need and a piano!!!! which my son really enjoyed. The 3rd floor has 3 open rooms, which are not completely separeted. We were the first guests and they clearly stated that the house was not ready, but I didn´t even notice. It has everything (towels, cooler, etc.)
