Silk Cotton Villa is located right in the heart of everything, making it a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nassau. We stayed in Villa 2, which had been beautifully renovated. The living room was huge, with lots of windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. It was spacious, bright, and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. The villa also came with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The primary bedroom was spacious and had its own private bathroom, including a tub. It was absolutely beautiful! There were also two additional bedrooms that shared a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom downstairs, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The entire villa and surrounding complex were beautiful and well maintained. The property is located inside a gated community, which was another feature we appreciated. One of the things that really stood out was having a management team right on site. If there was ever an issue or something that needed attention, all we had to do was let them know, and they responded quickly and came over to take care of it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Silk Cotton Villa. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully renovated, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Silk Cotton Villas. All the staff on the property were so friendly and kind. The complementary breakfast was a big plus. The property is very private, has 2 nice pools and is very well maintained.<br/>There's a grocery store only 2 min drive away and plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Would definitely come back!

This villa is amazing and so beautiful you feel like you’re in a jungle with all the trees and tropical flowers blooming and pools are so nice the Friday happy hour so good drinks popping and food delicious. I can’t wait to come back everyone was so friendly place is clean and so homey. I already miss it. THANK YOU SCOTT
le airbnb était parfait pour nos vacances. les lieux étaient propre et l'espace vert autour magnifique. les espaces piscines étaient calmes. l'équipe sur place est très réactif : nous avons signalé un nid de guêpe qui a été enlevé en quelques heures. Le menu du déjeuner du matin est très complet et très bon. De plus l'équipe du matin a été vraiment très gentille et souriante. Les recommandations locales sont très bonnes (surtout pour la location de voiture). Le lieux est très sécurisé, ce qui est rassurant. Seul point, le airbnb est un peu loin des sites touristiques et peu de commodité en bus (mais cela n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte) donc c'est à prendre en compte. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Uno de los mejores lugares en los que he estado. Nos tocó una casa de 1 dormitorio amplio cama king size. Baño super amplio con guardarropa y caja fuerte. Tb tiene plancha y en el patio cuenta con lavarropas y secadora todo en uno. La cocina equipada con heladera, cocina y horno eléctrico y el living con una mesa para comer y unos sillones amplios que hasta una persona de 1.80mt puede dormir en el. Televisores tanto en el dormitorio como en el living. Ideal para aquellos que quieren o buscan hacer unas vacaciones gasoleras comprar cosas en el super (recomiendo SUPER VALUE a unas 5 cuadras del depto) y cocinarse. Tb cuentan con una parrilla a gas tipo yankee en el patio al lado de la piscina. El gerente Yulino y todo el staff de primera gente muy amable y divina muy cálidos y buena onda.

Lovely surroundings but too many stray cats and kittens.
Well, where do we start: Its not modern, but that is the charm. It is rustic and it feels like this place has history. The setting is perfect and so peaceful, with mature gardens and lots to see and hear in them. Pool is shallow, but safe. It has a jacuzzi tub, too. Rooms are clean and AC works OK. Shops, bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away, and if hungry, to onto Google maps and order food in. Overall, I am trying to think of any negatives, and I cannot. Hopefully, we will be back in the near future. Thanks.

Fantastic! This was the best part of our stay in The Bahamas. The staff are kind and welcoming, the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in a studio room which was just what we needed. We were able to make breakfast in our room before the day started, return and relax in the pools after activities. The cats that live on the property welcomed us back every afternoon and relaxed with us on the patio. The location is close to some stores and restaurants, and only a few minutes away from downtown activities.
This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. We rented one of the studio apartments for 3 nights, it was spacious, clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. All the staff and team onsite were amazing, very friendly and helpful. There is a very well equipped onsite gym that was a bonus, and the infinity pool area was stunning. We joined everyone for happy hour Friday night and we had a great time socialising, the food was also very tasty and reasonably priced! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This place is super charming, walk through the gates and you're met with a meticulously kept gardens and surrounds, a proper jungle garden oasis with a gorgeous pool area - note bring your mozzy spray. There's a vegetable plot out the back, well looked after chickens providing fresh eggs. A well equipped gym and soon to be a paddle court I heard! It's quiet when you need it and got atmosphere during weekend/theme nights in the bar. All the staff are friendly and willing to help, the breakfasts are tasty and the wings we found totally addictive. Good cocktails too. Room was huge, well kept, decent kitchenette and bed suuuper comfy. So the location isn't TOP notch. Especially if your main planned mode of transport is your feet.. To walk to restaurant (other than on site) its circa 15 min brisk walk, shop approx 10 mins and nearest beach only 7/8min walk, but it is not a standard, show stopper Caribbean beach. BUT this is rectified through helpful customer/guest services. Enter Silk Cotton Shuttle: the cheapest prices on island and drop offs anywhere on island (normally at drop of a hat) Minor negative aside.. Skip Atlantis, save yourself some money and get involved with proper Bahamian people and quality accommodation.
After spending 7 days here, the staff felt like family. Chad, Shantell, and Paul were all awesome! The grounds are beautiful!
