Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y tranquila. Han sido muy atentos. La casa está perfectamente equipada, no le falta absolutamente de nada además de ser un espacio precioso y muy bien cuidado. Recomendado sin lugar a duda.
The housing itself is fantastic, exactly as it was listed. The water front is very nice but there isn’t a “beach” it is a rock shore that terminates at the waters edge. The kayaks and paddle board were nice to have! The roads are a hard point as they are very poorly maintained but isn’t the fault of the host. They take a toll on the vehicles which is our only real complaint about our stay is the roads and how poor they are maintain without an alternate route to the rental. This location is NOT walkable at all, a vehicle will 100% be needed if you want to enjoy your stay and experience everything Exuma has to offer. Overall the stay was great and we would do it again! We recommend bringing more swimsuits and less close than you think you will need!
Beautiful place! Spencer was very responsive. The location is right across the flats, and there’s a blue hole to the right about 10 min kayak. <br/>One thing to note the sandy part in the listing photos which is one of two of the access points to the beach is currently full of rocks the photos show it’s sandy. This didn’t affect us at all as the second access of steps to the water is sandy and accessible, you can take the kayak in and out of that area. And to reiterate there’s two access points the one with the steps is absolutely perfect to access and we had no issues and took the kayak out a couple times. 100% recommend perfect for couples! FYI we did access the property in a little rental, roads are bumpy drive slow and you’re good to get to it. It is our 3rd time visiting Exuma and this Airbnb was the perfect location, and the sunset views are exceptionally beautiful!

The place is breathtaking! And the icing on the cake is when the tide gets low and you can see sandbar right in front of the flat! <br/>We had an amazing getaway!

Spencer and Brendi were the best host. The house was epic and they made sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 and will be back. The Kayak to paddle out to the salt flats and the decks for morning breakfast was perfect.

Beautiful view and relaxing
We absolutely loved our time at Shoreline Flats. The house was exactly as described, clean, and peaceful. The views from the windows and deck left me in awe each time I looked at the water. The flats were always changing with the tides and so nice to explore by kayak. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time together at the house. Spencer and Brendi were very responsive to my questions and checked in on us. I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing stay at the Shoreline flats. Unmatched views and loved using the kayak to explore nearby islands. House has all the amenities needed and the sunsets are out of this world. We rented a skiff from his brother Trevor for a few days which made the trip even more special exploring remote islands and backcountry fly fishing. What an amazing trip - would 100% recommend. Spencer was responsive to any requests and quick to offer any help if needed.
Our stay at Shoreline Flats was incredible. The views were unreal and we enjoyed having access to the double kayak to explore the nearby mosquito cay. It was close enough to restaurants and George Town by car. We really enjoyed our stay here.
We had a wonderful time in Spencer’s beautiful place. The setup is so nice, and comfortable. I’m always worried about the mattress when staying away from home but his were great and we slept like babies. The location is great, the side roads are pretty rough to get there and I would’ve felt much more comfortable in a vehicle a bit more off the ground like a jeep, or suv personally but that’s no fault of Spencer. <br/>Would recommend 100% staying here.

A very peaceful and gorgeous location, amazing views and sitting areas, easy access to the water which was delightful, the house is small but well laid out and very comfortable, we liked the decorative touches and the beds are comfortable.. highly recommended

Spencer’s place was amazing. Brendi was super responsive and welcomed us as we checked into the place. Pictures cannot do the place justice. Xuma was a blast for my wife and I. We were able to sit back and relax and enjoy island life.
