Courtney was a great host! He was always responsive and answered our questions. The house was incredible with a lot of space. Our entire party had a great vacation because of the well stocked home. There were many amenities and attractions like shuffle board and golden tee which were a hit for the group.<br/>Overall a great stay and would hope to visit again!

I’m counting the days until I can return to Villa Mar y Sol. These accommodations are truly amazing. The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable, spacious and stacked with cozy beds/linens. You’re right on the ocean and have loads of space inside and out to enjoy with your group. Lots of beautiful flowers and vegetation outside and fun arcade/games room inside. You can snorkel off the beach, take a 10 minute drive to Atlantis or hang around to enjoy private beach and pool. Villa Mar y Sol has it all. Cherry on top: the hosts truly are Super Hosts! Villa Mar Y Sol is an absolutely fantastic option for a stay in the Bahamas. The property is spacious and immaculately maintained, with stunning landscaping and beautiful views. We spent an entire day simply enjoying the outdoor spaces—relaxing on the grounds, playing in the grass, and taking advantage of the private beach. The Villa is a bit far from the airport, but close to Downtown Nassau/Paradise Island (10-15 minute car ride) so getting to and from those areas/activities was not difficult. Courtney and Sarah were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They answered every question promptly and handled requests, such as early or late check-in, whenever possible. They also provided clear, timely information in advance and shared helpful recommendations for restaurants and transportation (including a fantastic personal chef!), which made planning the trip easy and stress-free. Overall, the villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty, paired with exceptional hosting. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Villa Mar Y Sol to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed Bahamas getaway!

What an absolutely stunning property! Picked up a car from the airport and took a nice short drive across the island to your own slice of paradise. From the moment you pull into the gated driveway you are greeted with beautifully landscaped vistas. Covered parking area for easy unloading. The construction of this home is amazing. Anyone who travels the islands knows that ice can be such a luxury at times and before we even walk in the door there is an ice machine pumping out near endless cubes. The photos of the rooms really don't do it any justice. The views over the water are spectacular. Our extended family shared so many great memories while stying here. Close to groceries, restaurants and things to do. Quiet part of the island for sure, not the hustle and bustle of the port when packed with cruisers (nothing wrong with that but this is an entirely different vibe)! Plenty of things to do... or not do anything at all. Pool was refreshing, kitchen stocked for preparing meals and comfortable beds. We easily fit everyone with room to spare! The beach house was perfect for just soaking in the water and the private beach was something you can't over appreciate. Campfire on the beach and no-one breathing down your neck. It really is a special place. We actually booked a few private fishing charters and brought our catch home to cook. Atlantis is close for those that want to explore the resort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat, especially larger families or groups. Small weddings would be great here too. Hosts were super responsive and had personal insight to so many great recommendations that clearly weren't just run of the mill travel page suggestions.

Vacationed with a group of buddies and had an amazing time! So much to do at the house between the private beach, swimming pool, and game room. Everything was exactly as described, and Courtney was extremely communicative in both the lead up to our trip as well as during our stay. 10/10 - Would highly recommend if you are considering a trip to Nassau.

I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews but it was necessary for this one because the pictures don’t do it justice…THIS PLACE IS YOUR OWN PRIVATE ESTATE! 🙌🏼 The grounds are amazing (well kept with lush greenery and Sonos speakers hidden across the entire compound which we loved), the main house is huge with way more space than expected but if that’s not enough there’s a guest cabin right on the beach that was part of the booking as well (the kids loved it!). The house is completely renovated and looks immaculate but the owner (who was very helpful with all our questions- thank you again!) also told us the home is over 100 years old so if you’re like me you can really appreciate the history of the property and how long it’s been a part of the island. As a pretty regular person I could go on about how incredible the grounds are and wonderful the trip was but if you’re debating booking a stay, trust me you won’t regret it! Resort life at its best, but it's all yours! This amazing property has something for everyone. We truly enjoyed the location just minutes from Atlantis and all the night life surrounding it. During the day you can snorkle right off of your private beach were you can encounter majestic sea creatures such as turtles, sting rays, star fish, dolphins and more. The home includes a pool as well as a play room with arcades and more games. It houses over 15 people comfortably. It's luxurious and yet at an amazing value! Can't wait to go again!

WOW!! This house is absolutely stunning! We were a group of 8 ranging from 10-75. We chose to rent a house instead of the large resorts so we could spend time together without walking miles to fins one another. The house gave us plenty of space to spread out while offering tons of family gathering space like the living room for watching a movie or the kitchen table to play board games. Speaking of games, the game room was a HUGE hit! We had shuffle ball games going all week long. Not to mention the outdoor Bocce set got tons of use too. My 12 and 14 year old nieces appreciated the deck over the pool house for sunnning on the loungers while my husbands favorite part was watching the sunrise from the end of the pier. Overall an amazing stay for anyone!

Had a great 4 night stay for my brother’s bachelor getaway. House comfortably accommodated 12 of us. Loved the beachfront property and the game room was perfect for the crew. I highly recommend this rental if you are a large group/family. Courtney and co-host, Sarah, were helpful and quick to respond. Happy stay!

We stayed at Villa Y Mar & Sol over the holidays with our family of 11. <br/>Our host Courtney was super in communicating and very helpful from beginning to check out day. <br/>The home was everything and more than expected. From a great kitchen with all the amenities, an entertainment area, a huge sofa in the family room to gather together on. A Galley with an added refrigerator. Multiple outdoor seating areas with music and lighting. The pool is perdectly maintained and beautiful. <br/>The bedrooms and bathrooms are all excellent roomy. <br/>The beach area is so well thought out with a pool house structure with a viewing area above. A long dock to walk out on and see fish and turtles. <br/>Honestly, I could keep going on about this home and not do it justice. Great parking, great security. The home has everything labeled to help with lighting etc. Very nice details everywhere. <br/>We are so happy we picked this home and highly recommend.
